    How do I obtain my tracking number?

    Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up to 3-7 days for it to be activated in the shipping company's system. If you want to obtain your tracking number for one of your items early please contact us via email at Regime.Help@gmail.com. Also, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

    How do I track my order?

    Visit our track order page and input your tracking number or order credentials, then click track.

    I have only received part of my order, Where are my other items?

    We ship from different parts of several countries using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. Some packages may experience shipping delays while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please contact us via email at Regime.Help@gmail.com with your name and order number.

    HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button in the shopping cart and we will guide you through the check out process.

    WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Sezzle and bank transfer (via PayPal). 

    HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

    HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

    We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Canada, USA, United Kingdom, China, Australia, etc. 

    Please note: your items may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item). Our print providers are practicing shortlist fulfillments to speed up the production process.


    Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a Shipping Protection via our partners at Route+.


    Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-14 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

    WHAT IF I NEED SOMETHING?

    No worries! Contact us and we'll guide you through the process to send the item back.

    CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

    Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

    We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if your order has arrived you may submit a return/refund request for review.

    Why was my order delivered to Greenwood, IN?

    USPS has been incorrectly showing some orders as delivered to Greenwood, IN. This is a cosmetic error on their end that they are working on fixing. 
    No action is needed from your end. The order will still be delivered to the correct shipping address.
    If this happens to one of your orders, give it a week to be delivered from the date USPS says it was delivered to USPS. 
    Contact the support team if it has Been a week since this status and you have received your item(s).
